Hi! I'm Rachel, and I am the UX designer over FamilySearch's help products. I'm a summa cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University (BYU), where I focused my studies in UX and minored in family history.
In the past, I led the user research, design, and web development for BYU's Chemistry Department website. I also interned at Landvoice and did freelance/contract work for a startup called Take.
When I'm not designing, you can find me doing genealogical research, gardening, and learning Swedish.
